David Wakefield
President & Principal
David Wakefield has built his reputation as a respected leader in the aviation planning and development industry for the past 32 years, overseeing more than 4.8 million square feet of building projects and 250+ buildings across the western United States. As President and Principal of Davcon Aviation, David brings his extensive expertise in acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction of large-scale sites to the forefront of aviation infrastructure, specializing in master planning, Class A hangars, and aerospace campus development. His commitment to excellence has earned industry recognition, including the 2009 “Industry Project of the Year” for the City of Chino and multiple awards for industrial and mixed-use developments.
Robert Joyce
Principal
Robert Joyce is a seasoned commercial real estate developer and transactional lawyer specializing in planning, development, and financing of complex infrastructure, energy, and real estate projects. With experience spanning the U.S., Mexico, India, China, and Indonesia, Robert leads projects from conceptualization to operation, including land acquisition, district energy, and clean energy development. He has extensive expertise in public-private partnerships, tax-exempt financing, and project debt and equity structuring. Robert’s career includes management roles with the City and County of Denver, including Community Development Director and Administrative Assistant to the Mayor, providing him with unique insight into urban renewal and infrastructure development.
James Rinzler
Principal
James Rinzler has led real estate and infrastructure projects through his roles as principal of Dominion Management Company (DMC) and Atlas Global Development. At DMC, he oversees a $250 million portfolio, building on his family’s six-decade legacy. At Atlas Global, James drives Public-Private Partnerships to revitalize rural communities and Indian Reservations, focusing on infrastructure and industry clustering. A former attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel, James combines legal acumen with strategic vision, supported by degrees from Brown University and NYU, to deliver innovative solutions for sustainable economic growth.
Dan Lupien
Principal
Daniel Lupien is a commercial real estate developer with 25 years of experience across office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. Focused on Opportunity Zones within Native American lands and rural Arizona, Daniel emphasizes community impact alongside investor returns. His career includes managing over $6 billion in transactions and expanding Kimco Realty’s Western portfolio to 36 million square feet. Now leading Palmer Development and Atlas Global, he oversees a $500 million pipeline of mixed-use and infrastructure projects, establishing his firms as leaders in the Southwest’s real estate development landscape.
